Cancellations

Deposited will be forfeited for cancellation within 30 days of the ceremony.

Cancellations made 31+ days before ceremony will be refunded 50% of the deposit.

Date Changes

You may reschedule within 6 months of the original date without penalty. You must book your new date within 15 days of notification, noting your request is based upon officiant’s availability. If the new date is not booked within 15 days, all prepaid fees are forfeited.

To reschedule more than 6 months after the original date requires a $50 rebooking fee. You must request the new date within 15 days. Confirmation is pending officiant’s availability. If the new date is not booked within that period, all prepaid fees are forfeited.

If the wedding location is over 100 miles round trip from 78645 zip code, a 75 cent per mile charge will be added. For destination weddings outside the Austin area, accommodations and travel arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon on an individual basis.
